Flexible number of text boxes to answer question - by: els

I have a question to which the number of answers can differ between respondents.

For example:
Which pets did you have as a child?

I would like to show one text box to answer the question.
However when the respondents start typing the second box appears.
When they start typing this second box the third box appears and so on.

Is it possible to do this?
