Showing results in graphical charts for each category - by: tnegulic

Hi everyone,

I have 4 question categories and in every category 5 questions (yes/no) and 5 questions, each question have 5 subquestions (yes/no). I would like and the end oh every category show results in chart or pie of yes and no answers.

So i need 4 graphical chart or pie with ratio of yes and no answer.

I need it ASAP.
