hide/exclude answer in dual scale array - by: nortex

Hi all, im trying to make a survey with a dual scale array.

How can i hide the second scale or the answers in second scale if user checks nothing in a first scale?

for example:

What feeling do you feel when hearing the next words?

What i need is when user choose answer NOTHING in a first scale then the second scale with number/points will dissapear or the opposite will show up only when user choose Good/bad/both.

If someone didnt understand what i mean please replay i will explain.
