Well, I tell you. This kind of design is IMO the worst you can do.
Let's have a look. The item is "Online Booking".
Participants can enter the same item in different fields.
They can misspell it. "Online Boking" or just use small letters
They can name it different "I can book online", "booking on website",...
And now you want to summarize all these - different - mentions of "online booking" over all columns with their respective ratings.
How do you think this can be done automatically?
We always advice our clients to do a pretest to collect these "wishes".
In the survey we have a fixed array with the ten or whatever most frequently mentioned wishes with rating.
Additionally we provide a few open ended fields to enter individual others. But without rating, just to collect.
This way you avoid to have thousands of "running lice" (This word comes from the time when you got meters of printouts from a data center. On many pages was only one single number, looking like a running louse)
