2.65.3 201700607 verion, I am using the default template. As there are two css files, I don't know how to make necessary change
1. As the surveyname banner
A. Move the surveyname to the middle of the banner, and move the clear button to last line of the survey. OR
B. Move the surveyname to the middler of the banner, and move the clear button to right of the survey.
2. It seems there are one line before and after the question text. I hope to make the blank before and after the question text little, just as the attachment.
