I am able to use the export_responses method and get all 'complete' surveys from a surveyid. I know the $iFromResponseID and $iToResponseID is available but that may not always pull data correctly.
So, if I have pulled data up to a certain point, say id 12, then the next day I could presumably pull everything from 13. What if id 19 was started but not 'complete' but id 20 was and it got pulled. The next download would start at id 21 but then I would never be able to get back to id 19 to pull it.
If I could use the datetimestamp field and pull from that could I do that?
