Restrict token management to the user who have uploaded - by: vama

I am using lime survey Version 2.05+ Build 150520
I have created a survey and gave some access to certain users.
my requirement is to restrict token management(Survey participants) to the users so that they can send the surveys and cannot see the the list of Survey participants uploaded by other user.

Can i do this, if so how i should?
