Arithmetic mean not calculated in Excel statistics for 5 point choice questions - by: xametzazurra

Hi all,

I have a survey with several 5 point choice questions, and when I generate statistics in Excel format the arithmetic mean is 0.

I've tried with many configurations in statistics expert mode, but I can't find how to calculate this.

Attached you can find the settings I'm using when creating the statistics, and the output Excel.
