Use URL to e.g. open a specific participant - by: ttenbergen

Hi, I see LimeSurvey has an API ( api.limesurvey.org ) (btw your link maker button above deosn't work for me...). In MediaWiki I can use the API and URL with parameters to accomplish certain things by sending specially formed URL. Can Limesurvey do that? Could you give an example, or tell me where I might find one? For example, we store info about our participants elsewhere, and I would like to add a link that would open the participant list to people with that last name.
