I want to start a survey but before it starts i want the customer to pick one store from a list. After that the survey continues and i can filter the answers individualy per store.
it has to look like this: [url=http://http://www.primera.nl/winkels/location/map/]http://www.primera.nl/winkels/location/map/[/url]
The customer can enter their postal code and the map shows the nearest store.
