Hi all,
i am designing a survey with a LOT of question organized in a YES/UNCERTAIN/NO - matrix.
Every now and then, I need the possibility of text to be added by the paricipant, when 'Yes' was chosen.
Like this (not the real questions, just a silly example):
At the moment, I break the matrix after each question where I need a comment field, add a short text question under the condition that 'yes' is chosen.
Continue the matrix in the next question and so on and so forth.
I wonder if there's a better (less cumbersome) way to program this sort of layout.
Any hint welcome!

What did you eat?
YES Uncertain No
Apples O O O
Bananas O O O
Fish O O O
if yes, what kind: ______________________________
Broccoli O O O
Meat O O O

[list goes on and on....]
