I've created an online election and set start time and end time for it. I want to be able to display a message when a user tries to vote before start time. Currently the message i get is
"This survey is not yet started.
Please contact Webmaster for further assistance.."
Can i change this to say "The elections are not yet open. Please come back at 9:00 am to vote".
How can i do this?
