Spanning titles over multiple columns of an Array? - by: StuartMark0

Hi Guys,

I'd like to make an array (radio list) with the title of columns appearing over every 2 columns rather than a title for each column and make the sub-question not appear. Has anyone done this before?

Here is a crude visual
